The Samsungs Pro is equipped with an advanced foreign object detection sensor to safeguard your device from charging with unwanted metallic substances on the charging pad. This means if a foreign metal object is detected, the charger will send an error message and stop charging to prevent any damage.

Important note: Our DuxDucis MagSafe case for Samsung devices features an additional metal cover ring on the back. This metal component is recognized as a "foreign object" by the iCharger Samsungs Pro, preventing it from charging your phone with the DuxDucis MagSafe case attached. Please ensure to remove the case or use a compatible one without a metal ring for uninterrupted charging.

Resolution Process

Upon the discovery of any product defect:

iCharger will initially endeavor to restore the product to its functional state using new or refurbished parts.
If a repair proves unviable, iCharger will substitute the product with an equivalent or similar item.

Duration of Coverage

The warranty for products purchased from iCharger is valid for a span of three years (1,095 days) from the original purchase date. Any product that undergoes repair or replacement will continue to be covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty or ninety days, whichever is more extended.

Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not encompass:

Damages or malfunctions resulting from misuse, neglect, or circumstances other than defects in materials or workmanship.
Natural degradation or wear and tear from regular usage.
