Scope of Warranty

This warranty applies to physical goods procured from iCharger and safeguards against any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty duration. In the event of a defect arising from material or craftsmanship flaws, iCharger pledges to repair or replace the affected product or component, free of charge.

Warranty Depreciation Policy

In cases where a product cannot be repaired or replaced under warranty due to being discontinued or unavailable, a discount code based on the original purchase price will be issued as follows:

0–1 Year: If the product cannot be replaced, a discount code equivalent to 90% of the purchase price will be issued.
1–2 Years: If the product cannot be replaced, a discount code equivalent to 80% of the purchase price will be issued.
2–3 Years: If the product cannot be replaced, a discount code equivalent to 70% of the purchase price will be issued.

The discount code can be applied to any new product within our collection. This policy ensures fairness while encouraging customers to upgrade to the latest iCharger technology.

Resolution Process

Upon the discovery of any product defect:

iCharger will initially endeavor to restore the product to its functional state using new or refurbished parts.
If a repair proves unviable, iCharger will substitute the product with an equivalent or similar item.

Duration of Coverage

The warranty for products purchased from iCharger is valid for a span of three years (1,095 days) from the original purchase date. Any product that undergoes repair or replacement will continue to be covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty or ninety days, whichever is more extended.

Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not encompass:

Damages or malfunctions resulting from misuse, neglect, or circumstances other than defects in materials or workmanship.
Natural degradation or wear and tear from regular usage.
